It's BBQ season!

these quick and delicious skewers are perfect served up on the BBQ, under the grill, or in the oven. Marinade your meat in just 15 minutes for succulent, flavoursome chicken.

Ingredients

  • 350g chicken breast, diced
  • 3tbsp The Grill Pit Tandoori Meat Glaze Marinade 
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Lime wedges to serve 
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken chunks well with the seasoning, cover, and allow to marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes

  2. Meanwhilem preheat the oven to 220C/200C Fan. Place 2 baking trays in the oven to preheat.

  3. Place 3 chunks onto each skewer. Pop the chicken skewers onto the preheated baking trays, or directly onto the BBQ spaced well apart and bake for 20 minutes (8-10 minutes on the BBQ), turning half-way through. Allow the skewers to brown up nicely.

  4. Check that the chicken is completely cooked before serving. Serve scattered with freshly chopped coriander and lime wedges on the side.
