I just wanted to say thank you on behalf of all the colleagues in Lloyds that you make a weekly fruit delivery for. The quality of the fruit is always very good and it’s gone down brilliantly with everyone.  The delivery always comes in good and early on the Tuesdays ready to feed the hungry masses.  Much appreciated and look forward to continuing the relationship with you.

The chef was very happy yesterday and for that I say thank you. Matty is a cool guy too. What a legend...right on time and no messing about. Wish he was here in the Summer to work with me.

Thank you for all your help and I look forward to purchasing many more items for the start of our season around April time.

It gives me great pleasure to comment two of your staff at the Victoria Road branch of Shoprite.
My husband is quite disabled now, but loves his garden and we were to purchase bedding plants from the store. He found it difficult to manage the loaded trolley but from nowhere two of your staff helped him. They took the trolley to the car and loaded the boot for him.
THEN- they came back to offer me further assistance. As we are both in our eighties now, we were absolutely astonished at the care these two employees shared us.
The assisted "Counor" was re joy- he refused a gratuity, saying it was company policy not to accept.
Both boys were polite and treated us with the greatest respect.
In todays climate when we hear of such adverse reports regarding the youth of today they should be praised in their actions.

You and Robinsons should be proud to employ them.

"Hey, I just wanted to congratulate you and all your staff on fantastic service in relation to the Christmas Tree par. We've been late this year getting ours. I rang up to let them know I'd be on my way but couldn't get up until after work because i didn't finish until 5.30pm and I knew that would leave me quite close to the closing time of 6pm. The guy on the phone (sorry I forgot your name) assured me it was no problem and that he'd let the guys know I was coming and get them to wait for me. Once I was there, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, even though I took a while to pick my tree. I think it was Gaz that helped me pick my tree, wrapped it, drilled it and even put it in my car for me. At no point was I made to feel like an inconvenience and all staff members that I saw were helpful, courteous and pleasant. Top marks. I'm very chuffed. Thank you :)"

Just to let you know that over the last few days of testing I have on two occasions a test candidate has encountered a “meeting” situations (when two vehicles are approaching a narrow gap with room for only one) and I have been pleasantly surprised and impressed by the courtesy and consideration shown to them – and both as we passed were Robinson’s Vans.

I would not recognise the Drivers (although it wasn’t Michael) but if you could let your Drivers know that planned, considerate driving shows both Robinsons and their Staff in a very good light.

Very well done and keep it up!

Kind regards to you all (especially Michael who won’t shut up while taking his test!),

Andrew

Had a lovely compliment today from a regular customer, Sybil Vaughan-Williams, regarding the Chinese shop. The fish counter is always well presented and the range and quality is excellent. She would also like to pass on thanks to all the shop staff for being so polite and helpful and often carrying her shopping to her car, she says she really enjoys shopping up there.

Hi, We are set for Christmas, famous last words, but thanks again for all your help this year, sourcing products and pricing, you have been a huge help to Brookfield. Can I say how wonderful Adi is, he is a definite credit to your business.
I was day off yesterday and also today and this year I have Christmas and New Year off so I am looking forward to a wonderful time with my family, hope you are able to do the same.

Best wishes

Linda

It was great to meet you today and all the guys.
The yacht has had a few issues with the trip, but should be arriving tomorrow morning at about 11. We need to organise the delivery in the afternoon. I will speak with the yacht once they arrive and give you a shout. I will pop by in the morning at 9.30/10am to do the final check, but there will be no rush to load it and deliver.
It was also great to see the premises today. As a food buyer for high end clients, it is absolutely essential for me to visit premises and look at items pre ordered, check cleanliness levels and proceedures and generally get a feel for the business I am working with. In fact, its irrelevant how big or small any business is or type of clients they service, buyers just want to see what's on offer and the environment it's stored in. This added confidence makes the whole process easier for everyone involved and is without question, a very important service you offer.

We write to thank you for the generous donation of £2,800.00 given to British Red Cross for the relief of those affected by Typhoon Haiyan in the central Philippines.
We are glad to report that humanitarian help is now starting to get through to most of the areas concerned and that the long road to recovery and normality can now start to proceed.
Our Association and its Members and the rest of the Manx Filipino community have been overwhelmed by the genorosity of the Manx and British people to the plight of those families directly and indirectly caught up in this almost unprecedented natural disaster.
On behalf of our entire community we are most grateful for your kind thoughts, monetary help and generosity.

Thanking you once again.

Dear Mrs. Horsthuis,
It was such a delight to hear you and Mr John Kennaugh reminiscing about your times in business and all the history that went with it. You must be very very proud of the wonderful legacy of beautiful gardens that your company have enhanced all around the island, with the plants you have brought to the island. Not to mention the vast array of world foods that we can now enjoy. i remember vividly tasting kiwi fruit for the first time in your shop many years ago. We thought that was strange and exotic in those days.

Your "boys" have continues your work and now you have the younger gebneration coming through.
How wonderful that is!
Long may family business continue to flourish here on the Isle of Man.

"We used Robinson's for fresh fruit delivery for our offie in Jersey, Guernsey & IOM for a Health Event we were performing on- site. The  fruit, when delivered, was looking and tasting fresh, cold, well packaged and plentiful for the price. 3 wicker presentation baskets were also provided free of charge- which was a fantastic addition. Very pleased with the quality of the produce and the friendly, helpful nature of the staff"

Once again, Thank you so much to Paul for a brilliant visit to the SPACE Centre at Cronk Y Berry.
He taught us all lots about plants and flowers and the children were really engaged and responsive to his teaching.
Please feel free to use the photographs to put on your facebook page and thank you so much again.
